All time belongs to Christ, the Alpha and Omega, and so all of the hours of day and night in the monastery are consecrated to Him. Our day alternates between periods of liturgical or private prayer, study and work; between time in community and time in solitude. We have adoration of the Blessed Sacrament daily from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

- 4:00 Matins (Office of Readings), followed by private prayer/lectio divina
- Breakfast is taken before or after Matins
- 6:00 Lauds (Morning Prayer)
- 7:15 Terce (Mid-morning Prayer)
- 7:30 Mass
- 9:00 chant practice, followed by work
- 11:45 Sext (Midday Prayer)
- 12:00 Dinner
- 3:00 p.m. Rosary & None (Mid-afternoon Prayer)
- 3:30 study
- 4:30 private prayer
- 5:00 Supper
- 6:00 Vespers (Evening Prayer)
- 6:30 Community Recreation
- 7:30 Compline (Night Prayer)
- 8:00 Retire
